It’s about that time where we’re all rooting for our favorite baseball team with our favorite (hot) baseball players. It’s the most famous American past time and it’s the best place be obnoxious and have fun without people looking at you like your a crazy person. Getting dressed for a sports event is easy for a guy, I mean come on, they throw on some cargo shorts, sneakers, a jersey and a hat but for girls it’s a little different. I know I’m the kind of girl that wants to be comfortable, and stylish at the same time (just in case Derek Jeter happens to look up in the stands), but at a baseball game I always seem to have his fear of looking like a boy. So if you’re like me and are hesitant about exactly what to wear to a sports event, I’m about to help you out.
The first look I created is for my beloved New York Yankee fans. I started out with a Victoria’s Secret “PINK” Yankee Baseball Tee, Madewell denim shorts, White TOMS, White Abercrombie tote bag, diamond stud earrings, and a pink Yankee hat. This look is perfect for a girly girl who really enjoys baseball. The sequin New York Yankee logo is absolutely adorable with a little touch of pink and you can obviously tell this will be a comfortable outfit to watch a game in. Don’t worry ladies, Victoria’s Secret has a whole “PINK” MLB line with your favorite team jerseys! The next two looks are for the college students. Of course we like to support our favorite Major League teams, but we LOVE to support our university teams even more.
This look features an Old Navy Women’s Maryland College tee, H&M skinny jeans, a red infinity scarf, a Motif 56 Marcy cuff bracelet, H&M sunglasses, white Keds, and a Madewell “Geek” tote bag. This is a very casual look for the college girl who loves to catch the game to cheer on some of her classmates. The last look is more of a modern preppy all-american outfit for the college girls who love to watch lacrosse. Again, we have the Old Navy Women’s North Carolina College tee, an H&M denim jacket, white Hollister Beacon shorts, white Steve Madden yachtt shoes, a striped oversized tote, Givenchy pearl earrings, a silver Berlock charm bracelet, and white sunglasses.
This look is cute and fun while letting you represent your team well! To all my lady sports fan, remember that just because your going to a male dominated event doesn’t mean you still can’t join them and look good cheering on your favorite teams!
